Fun play-along videos to help kids learn to play the flute!

-For beginner and intermediate flute students

1. Warm-ups (Get Ready): Warm-ups
- Long tones, scales, arpeggios, articulation, etc.

2. Music Theory (Inside Info): Music theory and fundamentals
-Note names, rhythms, time signatures, key signatures, scale degrees, intervals, chords, form, harmony, etc.

3. Rhythm Practice (Sync Up): Rhythm practice
-Reading, counting, clapping

4. Echo Rhythms (Catch The Groove): Listening practice
-Listening, echoing, reading rhythms

5. Echo Melodies (Play By Ear): Listening practice
-Hear the difference between pitches, listening and echoing

6. Sight-Reading (Mix It Up): Sight-reading
-Extra challenge: sing the melody after playing it

7. Improvise Rhythms (Make A Beat): Rhythm improvisation
-Echo a rhythm, then play something different

8. Technique (Power Up): Instrumental technique
-Long tones, breath control, facility, articulation, interval studies

9. Ensemble Practice (All Together Now): Play duets
-Play different parts of a duet

10. Improvise Melodies (Your Choice): Melodic improvisation
-Play a written melody, then gradually play something different using specific choices

11. Sight-Reading (Bonus Level): Sight-reading
-Sight-reading with piano accompaniment

12. Recap: Vocabulary review
-Multiple-choice "quiz" review
-One Recap video after every 100 Dynabuddy videos

Think of each 11 videos a unit of study. Every 100 videos is about a year's worth of instruction, ending with a Recap video for review.
